Italian firm Legance has made up two associates to partner and added four senior counsel to its ranks in this year’s promotions round.
Litigator Cecilia Carrara and TMT lawyer Gilberto Nava were both promoted to Legance’s partnership on 7 February.
The four senior counsel bring the number of lawyers in this role to eight. The practice areas covered by the new appointments include employment, banking and finance, administrative law, and EU and competition.
Legance now has 28 partners across its offices in Milan and Rome and a total workforce of 148 lawyers.
Managing partner Giovanni Nardulli said the promotions were in line with the firm’s policy of developing its lawyers’ careers while offering a broad service to clients.
