Italy's d’Urso Gatti signs up six lawyer Marena Castorino team

Marena Castorino name partner Giancarlo Castorino joins d’Urso Gatti’s Milan office along with junior partner Francesco Romeo and four associates.

In a statement, d’Urso Gatti said the appointments marked a strengthening of the firm’s banking and finance team.

The firm now has more than 80 lawyers, including 15 senior and five junior partners.

Castorino joined Marena Castorino, which was formerly known as MBL & Partners, in 2007. He was previously head of Allen & Overy’s finance practice in Milan.

Romeo also joined Marena Castorino in 2007 and was made up to partner last year.
