Julius, Diana's former solicitor, stands accused of missing six meetings. Mishcons came under fire at the time of the fund's launch after charging it u1.9m legal fees.
Bob Blizzard MP, who is being sued by his former secretary Sheena Fisher for u1,500. Fisher, who is being advised by GMB Union lawyers, is alleging that Blizzard still owes her payment for nearly 130 hours of overtime, failed to pay her mileage and failed to backdate a salary increase.
