Chester-based practice Walker Smith & Way is implementing new debt collection software. The firm has taken on Norwel's package, following its previous purchase of the company's practice management system last year. The practice plans to take on E-mail and network fax facilities.

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council has installed an enhanced Timebase time recording package.
