The paper admitted the mistake after Field Fisher Waterhouse complained to the Press Complaints Commission on her behalf.
The Government's family mediation pilot. The Law Society has written to the Legal Aid Board to complain about the pilots, which are designed to test section 29 of the controversial Family Law Act. Solicitors taking part in the pilot have reported severe delays in the mediation procedure which they say is in some cases leading to parents being denied contact with their children.
