Staffordshire lawyer Charles Walker, who was suspended indefinitely after being found guilty of breaching solicitors' account rules. In his defence, his lawyer said that Walker was the son of a solicitor, but had always wanted to pursue a career in music. When this ambition had failed, Walker followed his father into the profession after a "crisis".
