DLA Piper has boosted its IP and technology group with the hire of Jacqueline Bore as partner.
Bore, who joins from Arnold & Porter, specialises in pharmaceutical, food and medical technology, and regulation and the commercial pricing of medicinal products and related public law issues and remedies, IP, and European product liability.
Bore, who joined DLA Piper on 8 August, has advised in relation to a number of appraisals by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence including high profile appeals as well as pharmaceutical companies on data protection issues arising in the context of the marketing of their products. She has acted in judicial review proceedings in England and in the General Court in Luxembourg in defence of these rights.
