Gavin McBride enjoys an extensive personal injury practice. He specialises in road traffic cases involving allegations of fraud, low-velocity impact collision and credibility issues. He acts for both claimant and defendant, advising at the earliest stages of potential litigation to trial.
He is regarded as a highly competent advocate, a skill which comes to the fore in contested fraud trials.
His personal injury practice also involves catastrophic injury, employer’s liability, public liability and highway litigation. He commands a large and loyal solicitor base, and provides a comprehensive service.
He appears in professional regulatory cases before the General Medical Council. He is regularly instructed in substantial fitness-to-practice hearings.
