Global Competition Review (GCR) has launched its ‘Private Litigation Know-how’ site, which, as contributing editor, Hogan Lovells collaborated on.
The site is designed to provide insight and analysis across multiple jurisdictions and is a resource for practitioners and corporate counsel.
Presented in Q&A form, the resource delivers quick, easy access to answers to critical private litigation issues in Austria, Canada, China, Germany, India, Japan, the Netherlands, the UK and the US.
Topics include the effect of public proceedings; commencing a private antitrust action; disclosure/discovery; trial; damages, costs and funding; appeal; collective, representative and class action; arbitration and alternative dispute resolution; and advocacy.
Hogan Lovells collaborated with GCR to draft the questionnaire that forms the template for the site, and partners Nicholas Heaton, Corey Roush and Benjamin Holt prepared the site’s introduction.
Additionally, a number of partners and associates from across the globe provided the content for various jurisdictions.
