Cranes on London skyline is a telling indicator of construction sector health, says Eversheds

Eversheds has commented on the news that construction in the City of London has hit a five-year high, explaining that the increase in cranes on the London skyline are a telling indicator of construction sector health.

Michael Conroy Harris, construction expert at Eversheds, said: ‘There is no more immediate sign of construction activity in our major cities than the presence or absence of tower cranes on the skyline. This robust showing in London is a welcome return, particularly as there appears to be solid demand to take the new office space.’
