DWF improves client service with real-time information

London, UK – 9 April 2013, – QlikTech (NASDAQ: QLIK), a leader in Business Discovery – user-driven Business Intelligence (BI), today announces that business law firm DWF has chosen the QlikView Business Discovery platform to share client management information.

DWF will use QlikView to reduce the amount of time it takes to respond to a client’s request for information, in addition to identifying case trends and anomalies.

DWF is a national firm with offices across the UK; employing over 2500 people the firm provides a range of legal services to both businesses and private clients.  It is essential for DWF to have instant access to client data and QlikView facilitates this. The firm chose QlikView due to the added value it provided in being able to connect multiple disparate systems and reducing the costs associated with producing management information reports. With the implementation of the QlikView Business Discovery platform, information around the overall number of cases pending, specific case histories or any locational trends, can be accessed instantaneously.

DWF intends to roll out the QlikView platform to approximately 400 of its employees. “As a business, we want to not only respond to our client’s information requests, but proactively provide insightful, value-added information,” says Richard Hodkinson, Chief Technology Officer at DWF. “QlikView enables us to produce management information instantly, as well as highlight all manner of regional and sector trends for our clients.
