Collyer Bristow has announced its 2013 client survey results. Each year, the firm conducts an online survey in order to get feedback on the service it provides to its commercial and private clients.
In the most recent set of results, the firm attained an ‘overall client satisfaction’ rating of 4.8 out of a possible 5. In one particular category, ‘How we work together’, which focuses on the quality of the working relationship between the firm and its clients, it returned a score of 4.9.
The results are perhaps more significant this year as the firm achieved a response rate of 26 per cent, almost double that of the previous year (15 per cent).
