Gemma Pryke qualified in September 2004 and joined the property litigation team at Winckworth Sherwood in February 2012.
Pryke has wide-ranging experience advising on the full range of contentious real-estate issues, including vacant possession strategy and rights of light advice for large-scale redevelopments, rent reviews, tenant insolvency, breaches of leasehold covenants including repair and reinstatement, service charge obligations, derogation from grant and quiet enjoyment, and restrictive covenants.
She also advises on dealing with applications to assign or underlet, unopposed and opposed lease renewals, negligent misstatement and misrepresentation, service of notices (i.e. to complete, rent review, break options), and access and easement advice.
