Keira Gore’s main areas of practice are employment, financial services, disciplinary and regulatory law.
Gore also has experience in the fields of health and safety, personal injury, clinical negligence and public law.
She represents both employers and employees in all areas of employment law at first instance and appellate level. Gore is regularly instructed in cases involving unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, restrictive covenants, working time and TUPE. He is co-author of the Law Society Employment Law Handbook (Law Society Publishing, 5th edition, 2011).
Gore has a particular interest in discrimination law. In 2011 she was led in the Court of Appeal by Andrew Short QC in the age discrimination case Woodcock v Cumbria Primary Care Trust  I.R.L.R. 491.
