Aidan Reay joined Chambers in September 2013 following completion of his pupillage with Andrew Grantham and Mark Harper and is developing a practice in the fields of commercial and chancery law.
Reay’s recent instructions include appearances on his own in the High Court on an urgent without notice application, on an appeal and on a trial in the Chancery Division. During his second six months of pupillage, he was regularly instructed in both County Court and High Court proceedings.
Reay is regularly instructed to represent, advise and draft in a wide range of commercial and chancery matters including:
- Corporate and personal insolvency
- Partnership and company disputes
- Contractual claims, sale of goods, debt recovery and property matters
Reay also has a strong interest in construction law, professional negligence and sports law.
