The Fair Work Commission’s new workplace bullying regime commences 1 January 2014 — employers be prepared. The commission has released a draft benchbook with useful examples of when a worker has been ‘bullied at work’ and what constitutes ‘reasonable management action carried out in a reasonable manner’. The commission has also released a summary of the new bullying jurisdiction’s case management model.
