The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 introduced a new set of procedural rules to the employment tribunal system. In addition, new ET1 and ET3 forms and a Presidential Practice Direction on the presentation of tribunal claims in England and Wales have all been published.
