Nabarro has announced that three associates have been promoted to the partnership. The promotions will take effect from 1 May 2014. This year’s round focuses on the firm’s intellectual property, funds and real-estate practice areas.
Alan Crawford qualified in 2004, joined Nabarro in 2007 and will become a partner in the firm’s real-estate practice. He has already demonstrated his leadership and client relationship skills, advising on high-profile transactions for Threadneedle, CBREGI, Great Portland Estates, Hammerson and Frogmore.
David Parrish joined Nabarro in 2008 as an associate in the firm’s intellectual property department, having qualified in 2003. He has established a reputation for his brand protection and trademark work and is recognised for his technical knowledge, good judgment and skill as a litigator. He has advised many of the firm’s high-profile intellectual property clients, including Oracle, Raytheon and Levi Strauss.
Stewart Womersley qualified in 2004 and joined the funds and indirect real-estate team at Nabarro in 2006. He has built strong relationships with many of the firm’s highest-profile clients, in particular with Angelo Gordon, Capital Values, Grosvenor, Hermes, Land Securities and UNITE, and has played a lead role advising on the establishment of complex joint ventures and fund structures.
