Bingham McCutchen has made another addition to its ever-growing securities litigation practice after bagging a specialist partner for its Boston office.
Jordan Hershman was the former co-chairman of Testa Hurwitz & Thibeault’s securities litigation group and is joining Bingham as a senior member of the practice.
In recent months Bingham has made a number of significant hires in securities litigation, specifically within the broker/dealer market.
The firm recruited Eric Seltzer, the former deputy counsel and senior vice-president of UBS Financial Services and Nader Hossain Salehi, former counsel within Wilmer Cutler’s securities practice group.
Paul Allen, former executive director, assistant general counsel and first vice-president at Morgan Stanley, joined the firm’s San Francisco office on 14 June.
