Pinsent Curtis represented Royal Bank Development Capital (RBDC) on its £54m investment in the £92m management offer for Wyko Group. Paul Harkin and Andrew Eastgate, both corporate partners at Pinsents, were part of the team. The Bank of Scotland and Royal Bank of Scotland, which formed a syndicate to provide senior debt and working capital for the deal, were represented by Dibb Lupton Alsop. Eversheds advised the management, which formed the company Perdix Investments with RBDC to make the acquisition.
