The Miami office of US firm Hunton & Williams has hired Holland & Knight’s entire Miami bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice group. Partners Craig Rasile, Jeffrey Bast and Andrew Zaron join former Holland & Knight executive partner Marty Steinberg. Hunton & Williams’ Miami office opened in 1999 and now has 45 lawyers.
