Set listens to clients' view

A COMMERCIAL set has embarked on a research project to determine how pleased clients are with its work.

The perceptions research has been undertaken for Temple-based Fountain Court by PR agency Ludgate Communications which conducted detailed interviews with the chambers' clients over a two-month period.

Fountain executive manager and senior clerk Barry Down said the set wanted to ensure it was providing the best possible service to clients.

"We wanted to find out what our clients' needs are and take on board any of their comments," he said.

Ludgate project leader Nick Boakes said he believed Fountain Court was the first set to commission such research. "It is an invaluable exercise which has given them a firm foundation."
