SJ Berwin lawyer quits for Martineau

SJ Berwin competition law associate James Dilley has taken up the post of competition partner at the London office of Martineau Johnson.

He has been at SJ Berwin for two-and-a-half years, during which key work included the Group 4-Securicor deal.

In his new team Dilley will work on cartels, mergers and state aid. Martineau competition head Geraldine Tickle said that growth in competition work in the future will be on the contentious side and this is where the majority of the firm’s work is coming from.
