Field Fisher Waterhouse has revamped its partnership structure to create the new rank of fixed-share partners.
The move comes as the firm promotes four lawyers to the partnership, all of which are joining as fixed-share partners.
The firm’s partnership now has a three tiers, consisting of fixed-share, junior partners and equity partners.
The new partners are litigator Colin Gibson, corporate lawyer Laurence Lumb, competition specialist Nick Pimlott and Denise Sexton, whose practice focuses on real estate.
Managing partner Moira Gilmour said in a statement: “We are delighted to welcome these talented lawyers to the FFW partnership.”
Last year the firm made up seven new partners. This year’s round of promotions takes the number of partners at the firm to 95.
