Hammonds senior insolvency partner quits firm

Hammonds senior insolvency partner Jeremy Bennett has finally resigned, ending months of speculation about his future at the firm and further diminishing its capability in Leeds

Bennett, who is based in Leeds, was originally thought to be in talks with Holden + Co after insolvency partners Duncan Haymes and Paul Rhodes resigned at the beginning of July to join the niche practice. Bennett confirmed to The Lawyer that this remains an option, but said it was one of about four possibilities that he was considering. First revealed on www.thelawyer.com/lawyernews 2 August
