The firm is understood to have been looking for new premises for several years. It came close to taking over Mishcon de Reya’s West End base last year, but the move fell through because of the property crash.
Managing partner Neil Kinsella explained: “We’ve been planning to combine our two London offices for some time and a lot of hard work and exhausting searches have taken place to find both the right space and location.”
The firm will move at the beginning of September.
