Former Sex Pistols manager Malcolm McLaren is still busy hitting out at the establishment, this time by allegedly refusing to pay his lawyers.

Music firm Russells was forced to launch a High Court claim against McLaren for close to £20,000 in unpaid legal fees and interest. Bizarrely, the firm gained permission to serve legal documents on McLaren via his email address, which is itself revealed on the claim form.

Tulkinghorn is too kind to print it here lest the granddaddy of punk be bombarded with correspondence from lawyers, which by the sound of his skirmish with Russells he's had enough of already.

As The Lawyer went to press, McLaren contacted Tulkinghorn to inform him that the bill is being settled forthwith.
