Linklaters & Alliance represented Green Property Management and the Whitehall Fund on facilities to finance the acquisition of a portfolio of properties from P&O. The acquisition was effected through a joint venture between Green Property and Whitehall. Partner Philip Badge led a team of eight on the deal. Sullivan & Cromwell provided US legal advice to the Whitehall Fund. Nabarro Nathanson provided UK legal advice to Green Property. Fyfe Ireland provided Scottish legal advice to the borrowers.
