Partner at London firm Watson Farley & Williams Nick Towle has been appointed to assist the reconstruction of Bosnia's telecommunications sector. He is believed to be the first English lawyer in private practice to have visited Bosnia since the peace agreement last December. Towle is joining a team of consultants appointed by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. It will assist ministries of transport in communications in the separate republics which now constitute Bosnia-Herzegovina.
