The Insolvency Law-yers Association is calling for applications for research projects in insolvency law and practice.
The association is offering grants to fund one or two projects, costing up to £10,000.
Shashi Rajani, chair of the technical committee, said the association will only consider a focused project likely to make a long-term contribution to insolvency law.
“The overriding condition is that the project has to be of day-to-day use to the profession,” Rajani said. “There are a number of leading academics who specialise in insolvency law but the grant is not the reserve of academics,” he added.
Submissions outlining the idea and probable cost must be received by 15 July. For more information, contact Rajani on 0171 360 8114.
