US firm White & Case has taken on three more lawyers at its Japanese operations. Masahiko Kawakami, a US qualified lawyer, has joined the firm's Tokyo office, while Japanese qualified Yoshiko Yasuda and Koichiro Ohashi have joined Kandabashi Law – White & Case's affiliate firm in Japan. Yasuda is shortly expected to gain admission to the New York Bar. White & Case now has 32 lawyers in Japan, combining its office and its affiliate firm.
