The Lloyds building now has its first mediation centre. The Claims Mediation Centre has been set up as a direct response to increasing calls from the Lloyds insurance market for less costly ways of resolving problem claims and disputes.The centre is open to all claimants involved in insurance disputes regardless of whether proceedings have been issued. The centre has been established by ADR provider, InterMediation. The mediation centre is independent of Lloyds and all market companies.
