German multidisciplinary firm Rödl & Partner has reported a sharp increase in the turnover of its legal services arm.
Global turnover generated from legal and tax consulting jumped by 16 per cent to Euro 50m in 2004. Meanwhile, global firmwide turnover increased by three per cent to Euro 151m for the same period.
“In the core areas of audit, accounting, business law and tax accounting, Rödl & Partner has boasted double digit growth,” said co-founder and managing partner Dr Bernd Rödl.
“This shows that our strategy to promote growth in our central area of expertise – accounting, legal and tax consultancy – has worked perfectly,” he added.
Rödl & Partner has 139 partners globally of whom 16 are equity and 244 lawyers.
