Top designer Anouska Hempel is heading for the High Court in a battle over control of exclusive London hotel The Hempel. Hempel has launched High Court action against Japanese investment company Fujita, which owns The Hempel. She is seeking to prevent Fujita from becoming more closely involved in the management of the hotel, which is a favourite haunt of top stars visiting London and where rooms and suites cost from £225 to £775 a night.
