Druces & Atlee becomes LLP

Druces & Attlee will convert to an LLP on 1 May this year, shortening its name to Druces LLP.

The decision was taken to help modernise the firm and transform its image into that of a more corporate and commercial practice.

Druces & Partners was founded in London in 1767 and in the 19th century changed its name to Druces & Attlee when Henry Attlee, the father of 1945 Labour Prime Minister Clement Attlee, was a partner.

Last year’s turnover was £6m and this is predicted to grow by 10 per cent this year.
