Britain's longest-established legal firm, Lawrence Graham, has announced the appointment of a new senior partner and the opening of a new office in the Ukraine. Martyn Gowar, currently the firm's head of tax and financial management, will take over from Gavin Purser as senior partner. Gowar said the firm would continue with the strategy developed over the last year to concentrate on insurance, energy and oil and property.
