Former Masons partner Andrew Kearney has quit the firm to join Bath and Wiltshire-based firm Withy King Solicitors.
Kearney was a litigation partner in Masons’ construction and engineering group. He was a member of the team, which successfully represented the building contractor in the high-profile Alfred McAlpine v Panatown case.
The appointment brings the number of partners at Withy King to 25. The firm employs 180 people spread throughout offices in Swindon, Marlborough, Trowbridge and Bath.
