The partners, and in particular property head Tony Green along with marketing manager Bryn Hughes, have spotted a glaring gap in the market. Why hasn’t anyone else thought of this? we wondered when we heard the news. The canny firm is advertising its wares on the back of Sainsbury’s till rolls. Any new client that comes through the door as a result of their Saturday shopping gets – wait for it – a gleaming £10 Pizza Hut voucher. The firm is also offering free pizzas to anyone who uses the firm’s conveyancing skills to buy a house. Genius.
Imagine the queues around the block to get on to the housing ladder. Never mind the bundles that can still be made by finding the right purchase, what about that free Americano? Since launching the scheme in September, more than 100 £10 vouchers have come through Pizza Hut’s door. That’s a lot of toppings.
