Rumours that the management board received free copies with relevant highlighted passages are as yet unsubstantiated. One source, though, claims that David Morley has been seen in the partners’ dining room carefully studying Chapter Three, ‘The Men Who Could Be King’, and Chapter Four, ‘Setting The Tone Of His Reign’.
