South-EAST firm Cripps Harries Hall is awarding bonuses after the firm beat its targeted profit margin by 2.5 percent to hit £5.2m.
It comes as the firm reported an increase in turnover indicative of 0.8 per cent for the 2008-09 year-end, up from £19m to £19.15m. In the previous year turnover jumped 33 per cent from £14m at the 2005-06 year-end to £19m.
This year average profit per equity partner rose 2.5 per cent from £200,000 to £205,000.
Salaried partners will receive a bonus of 11 per cent of their base salary, associates will receive 5.5 per cent and other staff 3 per cent.
Managing partner Jonathan Denny said it had been a “challenging year”, but with the firm hitting budget all staff would be rewarded with a bonus.
Earlier this year Cripps won a place on the lucrative Crossrail panel, ensuring its workload for the forthcoming year.
