BLG creates associate director level

Barlow Lyde & Gilbert (BLG) has introduced a new management level of associate director in a review of career paths at the firm. BLG made up 36 associates to associate director in the first round, establishing the new role as sitting between associate and partner. The role was created this year as part of BLG’s restructuring, which has seen the firm convert to LLP status and appoint a new chief executive, Clint Evans, who will join in July.
