Nabarro Nathanson has captured a highly rated team from the beleaguered Tite & Lewis, led by banking partner Charles Proctor and M&A specialist Andrea Cropley.
Proctor and Cropley have worked closely together for asset-based lending client Burdale, which the pair have taken with them to Nabarros.
Proctor has acted for a range of financial institutions and banks, including key client BNP Paribas, which he introduced to Tite & Lewis when he joined the firm from Norton Rose in 2001.
The partners are also believed to be bringing three assistants with them.
Cropley and Proctor resigned from Tite & Lewis in March, when the accountancy-tied giant was in the midst of its split from parent Ernst & Young.
