Anti-doping panel names legal experts

Five QCs, two other barristers, two senior solicitors and a magistrate have been appointed to the National Anti-Doping Panel (NADP) to help tackle drugs cheats in UK sports.

The 16-strong line-up was announced by One Essex Court barrister and former FA Premier League chief executive Peter Leaver QC, who was appointed president of the NADP in February.

Legal members include 39 Essex Street silk Richard Davies QC, Deputy High Court judge Robert Englehart QC, Field Fisher Waterhouse public and regulatory head Matthew Lohn and Harper Macleod head of litigation Rod McKenzie.
