As OJ Simpson returns to court for his second trial, the American Bar Association has set up a group to deal with high-profile trials. The ABA resource team for high-profile trials will comprise judges, prosecutors, defence counsel and media with experience in high-profile trials. It will advise judges and attorneys about management issues in high-profile trials, including media relations, pre-trial and trial management, jury management and court security. Among its other aims, it intends to conduct research to improve the administration of justice in high-profile trials.
