Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC) has appointed two new partners to its corporate group. Oliver Bray and James Mee joined the partnership on 1 May. Bray, a specialist in branding and advertising law, joined RPC from Pinsents in 2003, while Mee practised at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before joining RPC in 2004.

Shepherd + Wedderburn has appointed four new partners: Stephen Trombala to the corporate finance group, Iain Drummond and David Holmes to the litigation and pensions group and Edwin Mustard to the tax and trusts group.

Penningtons has recruited Gerard Cranley to its London office as a corporate and commercial partner. Cranley joins Penningtons from Weil Gotshal & Manges, having previously worked at White & Case and qualified with legacy firm Robinson Cox in Australia in 1986.

Howard Kennedy has hired assistants Emma Talty to the commercial property department and Scott Goldstein to the litigation department. Talty qualified with Allen & Overy in 1999 and Goldstein came from Taylor Wessing‘s real estate disputes group.

Gateley Wareing has appointed two new partners, Victoria Garrad and Rebecca Foulkes. Garrad, an employment law expert, joined as a trainee solicitor in September 1996, while Foulkes, a property solicitor, joined the firm in November 1998.
