White & Case has bumped up its capital markets capacity after recruiting a

structured finance specialist from Linklaters.

David Barwise will join White & Case¹s capital markets practice as a partner

under the direction of Rich Reilly who has a strong background in

Collateralised Debt Obligations (CDO) and has acted for the likes of Morgan

Stanley and CIBC World Markets.Over the past three months, the firm has actively been building up in capital markets and taken on five associates in this area. The recruitment of Barwise will also help plug a gap in the practice after White & Case recently lost partner Jake Jackaman to Herbert Smith after just two years at the firm.
