DLA Piper recruits Zeughauser partner for management team

DLA Piper has hired Jolene Overbeck as global chief marketing officer from consultancy the Zeughauser Group, where she was a partner.

Based in New York, Overbeck becomes the third global support appointment post merger with Birmingham-based Robert Halton in the role of global people officer and Leeds-based Daniel Pollick global chief information officer.

Lee Miller, joint CEO of DLA Piper, said: “We want to create a brand and marketing programme to help drive our ambitious business goals, and Jolene has the proven ability to execute on a global level.”

Overbeck was previously chief marketing officer at both Latham & Watkins and Shearman & Sterling.

Peter Zeughauser, founder and managing member of the Zeughauser Group, said: “We deeply value our long-standing relationship with DLA Piper, and we are certain that Jolene will be a key player in helping them achieve new heights of success.”
