Howard Kennedy is to merge with 10-partner St James’s practice Amhurst Brown Colombotti. The deal, which goes live on 1 September, will give Howard Kennedy access to Amhurst Brown’s network of associated offices in six cities, including Islamabad, Madrid and Moscow. The combined firm will have a turnover of around £23m and 56 partners. The merger will particularly boost Howard Kennedy’s property and private client practices.
