Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw (Paul Maher, Andrew Stewart, Fiona Holland) has advised GE Measurement & Sensing Technologies Holdings, a subsidiary of the General Electric Company, on the purchase of Druck Holdings. The deal was led by GE in-house counsel James Billingsley. Druck Holdings was advised by Eversheds.
