Salans has continued its growth in Paris by bolting on restructuring boutique Sonier & Associés.
The move sees partners Gabriel Sonier and Caroline Texier join as partners. They bring with them associates Marie Dubarry de Lassalle and Charlotte Mantoux.
The hires bring the number of new partners at the office in 2011 to six.
It hired Bird & Bird tax partners Isabelle Leroux and Anne Quénedey in September, before picking up private equity partners Pierre Jouglard and Emmanuel Scialom from SNR Denton and Willkie Farr & Gallagher respectively in November.
Salans global managing partner Dariusz Oleszczuk said the hires were part of an “ambitious plan” to develop an international restructuring practice.
